Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes:

• Germany: 2–4 business days

• EU: 4–7 business days

• International: 7–12 business days

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery.

For orders outside the EU, customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

Shipping within Germany is 6,60€. The exact shipping cost will always be displayed at checkout before completing your order.

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To initiate a return, the return request must be submitted to us within this 14-day period.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be unworn, unused, and in perfect condition.
  
• The tag and any protective films must still be attached to the product.
  
• The original packaging and all components (such as the dust bag and strap) must be included.
  

Returns that do not meet these conditions or are not registered within the return period unfortunately cannot be accepted.

To promote more mindful and sustainable consumption, we kindly ask for your understanding that, as a young company, we are currently unable to cover the cost of return shipping.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within a few business days via the original payment method.
